About SacNav

Sacramento Navigators (SacNav) is more than a nonprofit: we’re a movement of rescue, restoration, and hope.

Our story began in Sacramento’s River District, where the Clean Team program was launched through a partnership with the River District PBID and the City of Sacramento. What started as a pilot project grew into an independent, award-winning 501(c)(3) that now serves communities across the region.

At SacNav, we help people break free from homelessness and addiction by providing stability, accountability, job training, and a clear path to full-time employment. We hold every participant to high standards, and every success enhances neighborhoods, businesses, and families.
